About the Role
In this full time Machine Operator role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our machines, performing checks and ensuring quality meets specifications. Shift pattern - 4on 4off - 6am to 6pm
Main duties:
- Assist in effectively meeting customer demand by ensuring your line meets or exceeds targets in a safe manner
- Communicate any process or issues to the Production Management Team
- Ensure the line continues to run smoothly and systems operate efficiently
- Ensuring product is produced at a high quality by completing line checks
- Working to job cards ensuring specifications and instructions are followed
- Complete any relevant documentation in an accurate and timely manner as directed by your Supervisor
- Follow the clean down and GMP standards in place
- Any critical control points are monitored and action taken if necessary

Requirements
To be successful, we are looking for an operator who can demonstrate their experience and skills on their CV and at interview on the following areas; Technical and mechanical mindset, to enable you to set up our machines correctly and efficiently identify any faults to minimise/avoid downtime. Experience in a fast-paced FMCG Production environment would be preferred. Critical thinking with an inquisitive mindset (i.e. confidence to challenge) will go a long way.
