We are recruiting talented electrically biased Shift Maintenance Engineers to join our fast-paced, clean, state of the art FMCG manufacturing facility.

About the Role:
Shift pattern (4 on 4 off, rotating days and nights): 4 days, 4 off, 4 nights, and then 4 off (continuous). Upon joining us, you’ll be on days during your induction.
Your overall contribution at Northwood:
- Sustaining and improving equipment reliability and efficiency
- Creating and monitoring innovative maintenance programs
- Supporting commissioning of new lines and the development of performance measures and yearly maintenance plans
- Cross-skilling our Operators’ skillset in Changeovers, CILs, and minor PPMs and repairs
Your day to day:
- Troubleshooting machinery issues, conducting RCA and implementing long-term solutions and prevention
- Educating our people on best practice
- Managing spare parts, conducting criticality and obsolescence assessments, and supporting CI initiatives
- Utilising process improvement tools such as 5S, TPM, and Kaizen

Requirements:
What we need from you:
- Proven experience as a Multiskilled/Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer
- Background in FMCG (e.g. Foods, Packaging, Pharmaceuticals, etc.)
- A proactive approach to equipment efficiency and reliability
- Level 3+ Electrical qualification (ideally from an apprenticeship)
