Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator
Worthing, West Sussex | £26,000–£36,000 basic | £30,000–£40,000 OTE
Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
About the Role
Northwood are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator for our busy Worthing office.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in lettings, estate agency or sales, but we are also happy to consider candidates from other customer-facing backgrounds who have a proactive, positive and genuine “can-do” attitude.
You’ll be responsible for dealing with tenant enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, progressing applications and supporting the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, as well as carrying out property inspections.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, sales or a customer-facing role preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems
- Proactive and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
What We Offer
- £26,000–£36,000 basic salary, depending on experience
- £30,000–£40,000 OTE including commission
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
