About the Role

Northwood are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator for our busy Worthing office.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in lettings, estate agency or sales, but we are also happy to consider candidates from other customer-facing backgrounds who have a proactive, positive and genuine “can-do” attitude.

You’ll be responsible for dealing with tenant enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, progressing applications and supporting the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, as well as carrying out property inspections.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, sales or a customer-facing role preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using IT systems
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car

What We Offer

  • £26,000–£36,000 basic salary, depending on experience
  • £30,000–£40,000 OTE including commission
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
  • No Saturday working
