Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator Worthing, West Sussex | £26,000–£36,000 basic | £30,000–£40,000 OTE Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm About the Role Northwood are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator for our busy Worthing office. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in lettings, estate agency or sales, but we are also happy to consider candidates from other customer-facing backgrounds who have a proactive, positive and genuine “can-do” attitude . You’ll be responsible for dealing with tenant enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, progressing applications and supporting the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, as well as carrying out property inspections.
