About Us

At Northwood Stoke, we pride ourselves on our busy, vibrant office environment and our reputation for delivering outstanding service. We work as one team, blending sales and lettings expertise to provide our clients with a complete property solution.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator to join our growing sales team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager to increase market share, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help buyers and sellers achieve their property goals. In addition to generating and negotiating sales, you will oversee the sales progression process — ensuring transactions move smoothly from offer to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in growing sales market share in the Stoke area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and local stakeholders.
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
  • Oversee sales progression, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and clients to ensure a smooth and timely completion.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
  • Work alongside our busy lettings team, referring “buy-to-let” investors for expert lettings advice.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, property values, and local competition.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in estate agency sales is preferred but not essential — full training provided.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

What We Offer

  • Work directly alongside the Directors of the business, receiving hands-on support and guidance.
  • Clear career progression pathways with ongoing opportunities for professional growth.
  • Comprehensive training and personal development programmes.
  • The chance to work in a supportive, dynamic team environment.
  • Opportunities to expand your property expertise across sales and lettings.

If you’re passionate about property, love working with people, and want to be part of a vibrant and ambitious team, we’d love to hear from you.
