Our Maintenance Coordinator ensures we have the right planning resources and coordination in the right place, which in turn, ensures our machinery and Engineers have the tools they need to keep our machinery up and running, and our product keeps moving. About the Role
What the role entails:
- You will coordinate routine machinery maintenance schedules, as well as the scheduling of work orders (requested maintenance or repair).
- This role involves frequent use of our CMMS where you will create user accounts as required, generate PPM checklists, schedules, and other documentation.
- You will also report on expenditure, PPM completion rates, and machinery downtime.
- You will take ownership of our Engineering Stores, maintaining a balance of well-organised stock and replacement of critical parts.
- For spare parts, you will support the Maintenance and Engineering Managers with appointing and selecting Preferred Suppliers, negotiating cost-effective prices.
- As well as carrying out regular stock checks, you will maintain the Inventory Control area within our CMMS.

Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Engineering/Maintenance Planning background.
- Experience effectively maintaining Engineering Stores in a Manufacturing/Production environment.
- Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), e.g. Agility.
- Experience as a (preferably Multiskilled) Maintenance Engineer (desirable).
- A growth mindset with the desire to continuously learn.
- Self-starter with the initiative to collaborate, improve, and implement.
