Looking for a busy and active role where you can fully utilise your expertise? We're recruiting talented Multiskilled Maintenance Engineers to join our fast-paced, clean, state of the art FMCG manufacturing facility. We're open to either bias, if you have training in a second discipline (e.g. if you are electrically biased, and have good mechanical expertise).

About the Role
Continental shift pattern: Rotating days and nights (4 on 4 off). If you join us, you'll be on days during your induction.
Your day to day:
- Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical machinery issues, conducting RCA and implementing long-term solutions and prevention, educating our people on best practice.
- PLC interrogation/electrical fault finding
- Managing spare parts, conducting criticality and obsolescence assessments, and supporting CI initiatives.
- Utilising process improvement tools such as 5S, TPM, and Kaizen, supporting our CI.
You'll be involved in sustaining and improving equipment reliability, creating and monitoring maintenance programs, supporting commissioning of new lines and development of performance measures and yearly maintenance plans.

Requirements
What we need from you:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer (Multiskilled).
- Experience in an FMCG or Converting environment (e.g. Foods, Packaging, Printing, Paper, Pharmaceuticals, etc.)
- A proactive approach to equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Level 3+ Electrical qualification (ideally apprenticeship time served)
