As the business continues to grow, we are looking to hire a bright, ambitious Operations Executive who wants to play a key role in helping the business scale. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who is organised, proactive and hungry to learn, and who wants exposure to how a growing executive search firm operates.
You will work closely with the founder and quickly become an important part of the operational backbone of the business.
The Role
This is a varied operations role supporting the day-to-day running of the executive search business. You will help ensure searches run smoothly, candidates and clients are well coordinated, and the internal systems of the business operate efficiently. Typical responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day operational processes of the business
- Supporting candidate sourcing and research
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system
- Sending invoices and supporting cash collection
- Managing relationships with key service providers and tools
- Managing diary scheduling and sending calendar invites
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
- Preparing candidate documents and supporting search processes
- Helping improve internal systems and processes as the business grows
You will also support the founder with broader operational and administrative tasks across his wider business activities, providing exposure to how entrepreneurial businesses operate.
Who This Role Would Suit
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
- A strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Tech-comfortable (LinkedIn, spreadsheets, CRM systems etc.)
- Ambitious and keen to grow within a fast-moving business
- Must hold a full UK driving licence

- A bright graduate, or
- Someone with 1–3 years’ experience in operations, administration, recruitment or coordination
