The role: Northwood College for Girls is seeking a talented, knowledgeable and enthusiastic Head of Economics and Business to lead a thriving and expanding department with energy, drive and ambition. The successful candidate will teach across the full age range, including Year 9 Finance, GCSE Business, and both A Level Business and Economics. They will be an engaging and impactful teacher who inspires students through their passion for the subject and motivates colleagues through their example. A strong commitment to wider school life is essential, as is the ability to build high-quality relationships with students and create an encouraging, aspirational learning environment. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is committed to developing an engaging and rigorous curriculum.
