We are looking to hire a Head of Production for our CPU in West Norwood supplying our sandwich shop in Borough Market - The Black Pig. This is a hands-on role leading a small team to produce high volumes of food and prepare stock for delivery. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in a high volume professional production kitchen environment to help us develop working practices and our team. Working hours are usually 8am - 4pm with availability Monday - Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of food production (delivery, preparation, cooking, packaging, storage) to meet strict quality standards and daily deadlines.
- Lead, train and develop our CPU team to create a positive, inclusive and supportive environment.
- Maintaining full compliance with food safety regulations and upholding a 5 star SOTD.
