Join Northwood as Engineering Technician (Electrically biased) and play an integral role in troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.

To further support CI, you will use improvement tools such as 5S, TPM and Asset Management. We\'ll also rely on you to prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
The environment: This unique opportunity is based at our Lancaster site which is home to a Paper Mill and Converting facility, and advanced machinery requiring your expert intervention to maintain reliability.
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (30 min break)
This role includes call-outs (1 in 5 weeks), entitling you to an on-call retainer + mileage paid.
