Northwood Care is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to support the movement of goods across warehouse and production environments.
You will work on a double days shift (6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm) and report to the Warehouse Manager, ensuring safety, accuracy of stock movements, and efficient operations.
You will lead a team, coordinate with hauliers and internal teams, and help recruit and develop staff.
Proficiency with SAP/ERP and Excel is essential, with a focus on continuous improvement.
