- We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic
- Administrative Assistant to join our
Projects & Compliance team in Halifax!
Qualifications
- Community College Diploma; a one year administrative or business course
- Two years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of office equipment (e. g. photocopier, fax machine) required
- Previous experience with work orderr systems considered an asset
- Experience working in a similar environment is considered an asset
- Experience with project management software an asset
- Major Responsibilities
- Manages compliance with various jurisdictional authorities. Includes reporting, data storage and follow up with stakeholders.
- Performs routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, generating reports, scheduling appointments, and organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
- Manages project timelines and reporting for various construction projects.
- Ensures inspection readiness.
- Maintains accessible compliance records.

- As per the Northwood scale.
- Effective Date: September 1st 2026
- Hours of Work: 80 Hours Biweekly - 8 Hour shifts
