Northwood is currently accepting applications for a part time Administrative Assistant, Building Maintenance & Planning at our Bedford Campus! Reports to the Manager, Building Maintenance & Property Management.
Qualifications:
- Community College Diploma; a one year administrative or business course
- Two years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Microsoft applications is required
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) considered an asset
- Experience working in a similar environment is considered an asset
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Performs clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, generating reports, scheduling appointments and organizing and maintaining paperless electronic files.
- Coordinates invoices for payment and maintains record of invoices Billings for Finance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Hours of Work: 80 hours bi-weekly
