Your Job
Our Head of Conveyancing will have overall responsibility for a small team dealing with residential conveyancing matters. The team specialise in probate and trust sales along with other trust transactions which you will support with. You will also be responsible for a small caseload of complex matters. You will be instrumental in driving the team forwards to deliver optimum results as well as having the opportunity to implement, develop and review processes in the department. You will provide training to junior members of the team and support all team members with regular training in line with best practice and legislation changes.
Key Duties:
- Review current processes and implement new ones
- Management of a small team
- Continuous training in line with best practice and legislation
- Providing key management information to the Board of Directors
- Ownership of the conveyancing function
Job Requirements
Qualified solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 5 years PQE. Previous management or supervisory experience (Desirable). Drive, determination and a genuine desire to grow the department. Comfortable taking ownership and designing processes.
