We\’re going to sponsor and pay for your licenses (Series 6/7, 63/66), and teach you how to work with Business Owners, Families, and Individuals (No previous finance experience required).

This is a commission-based career which includes stipends, training allowance and bonuses. Tri-Harbor hires you under a W-2 statutory employee contract with full benefits. Our contract allows you to control what you would want to earn at any given time in your career. To give you an idea, our financial advisors are making on average $130,048 in years 1-4, and $627,247 on average 5+ years. What’s the catch? The first years can be tough as you’re learning the business. But the trade-off is that you get to define what success looks like.
