Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. (NCSS) is hiring for a School-Based Clinician to join our team! At NCSS, School-Based Clinicians offer an array of services addressing a variety of mental health issues within public school settings in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. Licensure supervision can be provided at no cost to you! Key Responsibilities Diagnostic assessment Treatment planning Individualized therapeutic services Home/school coordination Crisis screenings/intervention Candidate Requirements Strong experience working with children & families Excellent diagnostic skills The ability to work both collaboratively and independently The School-Based Clinical Team serves as a referral conduit to connect students and their families to other NCSS Programs. The service model adjusts according to the needs of each participating school. This position is a full-time, 200-day contract that follows the school schedule with some summer responsibilities. School placement is determined during the hiring process by NCSS to ensure a best fit for our clinician and the school system. Current Opportunity is at Berkshire Elementary School.
