Job Details Job Location : Saint Albans, VT Position Type : Full-Time/Part-Time Salary Range : Undisclosed Description Residential Behavior Interventionists work 12-hour shifts, and availability during nights and weekends is required. Our Behavior Support Team is seeking dynamic candidates who can provide support to individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges, both within the community and at our 24/7 staffed residential homes. We are looking for individuals who embody the following qualities: A positive demeanor and a strong, supportive presence. A willingness to engage individuals through therapeutic interventions. The capability to create and maintain a highly structured, consistent, and therapeutic environment. Candidates should have prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and/or mental health conditions. Experience supporting individuals experiencing significant behavioral changes in residential, community, or structured therapeutic environments is strongly preferred. Weekend availability is required, and candidates must possess a valid driver\’s license and dependable transportation.
