Job Details Job Location : Saint Albans, VT Position Type : Full Time Salary Range : Undisclosed Description Are you passionate about helping individuals secure safe and stable housing? The Community Rehabilitation and Treatment (CRT) Team at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) is seeking an Adult Outreach Housing Coordinator to support individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We’re looking for a team player with knowledge of local housing resources to provide case management and advocacy while working directly in the community. Key Responsibilities: Manage designated caseload, providing direct support to individuals in need of housing. Assist clients in accessing housing resources and developing life skills, including symptom management, money management, and interpersonal skills. Work collaboratively with local shelters, community kitchens, encampments, and other community organizations. Coordinate with other case managers and treatment teams to ensure housing stability. Attend local and statewide housing-related meetings. Support clients in the Coordinated Entry (CE) system. What We’re Looking For: Knowledge of local housing programs and experience working with landlords and community partners. A positive attitude , strong teamwork skills , and excellent organization . Reliable transportation and the ability to transport clients as needed. Experience in case management and mental health services is a plus!
