Description
Are you a motivated, compassionate team player with energy and creativity? Our Developmental Services Division is seeking a Residential Service Coordinator to support adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder living in supported residential settings.
You will provide case management and wraparound services to individuals from age 18 through end of life. Your role is to promote healthy, safe, and engaged lives by connecting residents with resources, coordinating care, and encouraging community participation. Collaboration with support teams is essential to ensure personalized, holistic care.
