Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. (NCSS) is seeking an Access Clinician to provide solution-focused and trauma-informed treatments to individuals experiencing acute distress or recent trauma. A licensed clinician is preferred; however, early career therapists working toward licensure are also encouraged to apply. Candidates should have experience in completing psychosocial evaluations and diagnosing individuals using DSM-IV criteria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing short-term, clinically relevant treatment focused on mitigating the long-term effects of stress or trauma.
  • Working with individuals to enhance skills that help them remain safely in their community.
