SIGN ON BONUS: This position is eligible for a $1000 Sign On Bonus to be paid out at designated times.
The Community Rehabilitation and Treatment (CRT) Team is seeking a clinician with strong clinical leadership experience to work closely with staff and program leadership to serve adults with severe mental illness. The Master Clinician will conduct intakes and reassessments, implement a range of assessment and intervention models (DBT training preferred or willing to become DBT trained), and provide individual psychotherapy services as well as facilitate group psychotherapy. This position also involves enhancing our quality reviews process, training staff in evidenced-based practices, and providing clinical consultations to the team. Experience working with adults with severe mental illness and in multiple treatment modalities is required.
