Role Description

This is a full-time (44 hours) a week, on-site role for a Concierge Security Officer located in Leeds. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of the assigned premises, monitoring and controlling building access, patrolling the area to deter unauthorized activities, and assisting visitors as needed. The role also involves effectively handling security incidents and maintaining a professional demeanor while representing the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, including building access control, patrolling, and emergency response
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with visitors, clients, and colleagues in a professional manner
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively
• Knowledge of basic security procedures and regulations
• Physical fitness suitable for patrolling and other security-related duties
• Attention to detail for monitoring and reporting incidents
• Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Previous experience in a concierge/Security or customer-facing role is a plus
