Responsibilities
- Deliver Claude 101/102 and role‑specific training across client departments.
- Train executive cohorts in AI‑related language such as budgets, board updates, and deal memos.
- Coach individuals through the learning curve, including challenging weeks.
- Run pair‑programming sessions where client teams build their own automations.
- Feed lessons learned back into programs and playbooks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience teaching adults in training, coaching, enablement, or facilitation roles.
- Deep hands‑on fluency with Claude, and the ability to demystify it for experienced operators.
- Patience and presence in a room, in person and on Zoom.
- Energy for repetition: the hundredth 101 session must be as good as the first.
