About The Role

As a Fence Installer at Northway Fence, you’ll play a key role in creating secure, attractive, and durable fencing solutions for our clients.

From chain-link to wood to metal, you’ll help deliver exceptional craftsmanship while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Install a variety of fencing systems with precision and professionalism.
  • Repair and maintain existing fences and gates to keep them functional and looking great.
  • Safely handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Prior experience in fence installation or a similar role is preferred, but we’re willing to train motivated individuals!
  • A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
  • A commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
  • Physical ability to lift materials, operate tools, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
