The primary responsibility is to serve guests with excellence by taking orders and preparing food and beverages. We strive to provide a positive memorable customer experience by assuring the store is clean and by greeting customers in a friendly and helpful manner. This position will serve both our Carmel and Binford locations. This is a nonexempt part-time position that reports to the Capstone General Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Gives Ministry Away
- Greets all customers with a welcoming friendly smile
- Prepares beverage orders properly with a sense of urgency and care
- Respectfully works with Shift Leader and team to ensure the best guest experience
- Consistently cleans workstation
- Maintains a well-stocked workstation
- Able and willing to perform all opening and closing procedures
- Adheres to Safe Serve guidelines
- Regularly attends and participates in trainings
- Diligently and joyfully completes tasks and provides additional support to the team
- Adheres to Northview’s HR guidelines (Handbook) and Northview’s Cultural Values
- Committed to a personal spiritual growth plan and deeper walk with Jesus Christ
