About the role

Wholesale Data Assurance Team Manager

Working hours Full time 37 hours per week

Secondment – up to 12 month

Salary from £33,466

Location Hybrid working with office location at Northumbria House, Pity Me

Are you passionate about leading and mentoring a small team to make a significant impact in a short period? We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring leader in the Wholesale team as a Wholesale Data Assurance Team Manager for a 12-month secondment.

You will lead and mentor a small team to deliver outstanding results through trust, inspiration, change, and empathy. You will be responsible for monitoring and assessing market performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, ensuring that all procedures and processes are followed accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, you will work closely with the Wholesale Compliance Officer to develop and maintain precise performance reports and dashboards.

About you

We’re seeking individuals with outstanding communication skills and the potential to grow into strong leaders.
