About the role
We are excited to welcome a Planner into our busy, high-performing team in Washington. In this key role, you will take the lead on the effective planning and coordination of primary freshwater connections for Developers, ensuring our Technicians and Delivery Teams can deliver exceptional on-site service and help us maintain our outstanding DMEX performance. Working within clear regulatory and legislative frameworks, you will play a vital part in making sure every customer enjoys a smooth, positive experience. At the heart of everything we do is a simple goal: delighting our customers through excellent service.
About you
The successful candidate will care about the team and work we deliver and will have proven experience of managing multiple demands and prioritising effectively in a reactive environment. Great communication skills, and the ability to exchange information clearly and concisely, are essential parts of this role. You will be a strong team player with experience of building strong productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proven experience of delivering and driving great customer service throughout your professional career is essential.
