Northumbrian Water Group is embarking on its most ambitious capital investment programme to date for AMP8. To support this delivery, we are expanding our Digital Construction capability to ensure that high-quality, reliable data is at the heart of our decision-making. We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Information Coordinator to join our growing Digital Construction Team. In this essential role, you will be the operational guardian of data quality and process adherence within our Common Data Environment (CDE). You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform, ensuring that all project information is compliant, accessible, and secure. You will perform routine quality assurance on submissions from our supply chain partners, act as the first point of support for project teams, and ensure that the 'Digital Thread' of information remains unbroken during project delivery and throughout handover to Asset Management systems.
Responsibilities
- CDE Administration: Managing user access, permissions, and folder structures within the Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Quality Assurance: Performing technical compliance checks on incoming drawings, models, and documents against the project's Information Delivery Plan (IDP) and our ISO 19650 naming conventions.
- Workflow Management: Administering and monitoring document review and approval workflows, ensuring reviews are completed on time.
- User Support: Acting as the first line of support for internal and external teams, resolving technical queries related to the CDE.
- Onboarding & Training: Delivering practical onboarding sessions for new project team members and suppliers.
