About the role
We have a new opportunity to join us as a Senior People Manager within our Reward team.
You\’ll report into our Head of Reward and Compliance taking ownership of programmes and initiatives to ensure we provide a competitive reward offering for our colleagues.
This role is one of two Reward Manager roles and focuses on leading the development, operation and oversight of our benefits proposition which includes pension, health and wellbeing. You\’ll have full ownership of our award-winning wellbeing portfolio, being responsible for shaping NWG\’s approach to Benefits and Wellbeing.
Our Reward Managers will work together and will often support outside their own areas of responsibility. For example, we\’ll be looking for you to support the implementation of new pay frameworks.
You\’ll regularly utilise your data analysis skills, market and industry insights to develop and deliver market competitive Reward frameworks. You\’ll partner with a variety of stakeholders across the business to ensure programmes and intervention are relevant and engaging for our diverse range of colleagues.
Reward projects will also be part of your role, where you\’ll provide expertise to create and deliver against plans, manage team activities and alignment of all activities within the broader Reward and People strategy.
About you
We\’re looking to speak with candidates who have experience operating at a Senior Reward level, ideally within a unionised environment.
You\’ll have previously developed and implemented Benefits and Wellbeing programmes within a complex organisation and be very comfortable working with Senior Leaders, Trade Unions and external partners.
You\’ll be skilled in creating, analysing and interpreting data and MI to inform decision making and using your communication skills to translate complex or technical concepts into simple recommendations and messages.
You\’ll also have a knowledge of regulatory frameworks and how they impact Reward framework design.
Ideally, we\’d look for your experience to extend to Compensation activities (including pay, job evaluation and benchmarking frameworks) but as long as you have the technical capability to manage data analysis activities and are comfortable managing the implementation of new programmes and policies then we\’d love to hear from you.
