About The Team
Further information is available in the job description. Reporting directly to the Duty Manager, this role will be part of Northumbria Sport, a core department within Campus Services. Northumbria Sport is committed to providing an outstanding student experience through a variety of sport, fitness, and wellbeing programmes.

The role will be based at Coach Lane Sports ground, but working at our Sport Central facility may be required.

About You

  • Good understanding of Customer Service Experience requirement
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • The initiative to solve problems of a practical nature
  • Experience of working in a dry sports environment
