As Pro Vice-Chancellor Education, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering the University’s strategic ambitions. Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive and working as a key member of the University Executive, you will provide leadership for the development and delivery of our Education Strategy. You will drive continuous enhancement of educational quality and the student experience, ensuring a distinctive academic offer that responds to the evolving needs of students, professions and society.
You will bring substantial senior leadership experience gained within a large, complex higher education environment, with a proven ability to lead change, deliver results and improve educational outcomes at scale. As a credible academic leader with a deep understanding of the UK higher education landscape, you will combine strategic insight with operational grip and a strong commitment to student success. Collaborative and inclusive in your leadership style, you will foster innovation, enable cross‑disciplinary working and build effective partnerships across the University and beyond.
