Job Description

About The Role

Working with the Head of Partnership you will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation and the effective delivery of the UNEE Partnership and its key projects, including acting as the point of contact for enquiries, diary management, planning and organising meetings and events, preparing documentation and maintaining accurate and up to date records.

This is a varied role within a small team and would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys working collaboratively, managing a range of priorities and building effective working relationships across organisations

Travel across the five universities may sometimes be required.

This role is part time, 22.2 hours per week.

Interviews will take place week commencing 14th September 2026.

About You

  • be highly organised, with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy .
  • be self motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
  • have experience in stakeholder engagement across diverse organisations and working collaboratively.
  • have a proven track record in maintaining administrative and record keeping systems.
  • have experience working in the higher education sector.
