Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for carrying out routine and periodic cleaning in line with training provided, including:
- Building entrances
- Corridors, lobbies, staircases and lifts,
- Teaching spaces including classrooms, studios and workshops
- Hubs and common rooms
- Boardrooms, conference and meeting rooms
- Offices
- Kitchens, toilets, bathrooms and shower rooms
- Refuse removal
- Deep cleaning as required
You will also be expected to report any damage or defects identified during the course of your work. Hours of work are Monday – Thursday 1.15 – 5pm and Friday 12.45 – 4.30pm, totalling 18.5 hours per week.
Based in Newcastle upon Tyne and London, we are an on-campus organisation and offer flexible hours and location where the role allows.
