Programme Highlights

  • Start date: February 2026 (aimed date, not guaranteed)
  • Initial Training Commitment: Comprehensive, immersive training held at Coach Lane Campus, designed to equip you with foundational skills. The training lasts 17 weeks, including Saturdays (8am-4pm), Thursdays (6pm-8pm/10pm), and some Sundays.
  • 15-week programme: Blended training approach with classroom sessions, pre-recorded content, and live online sessions you can log into from home. Topics include Professional Standards, Self Defence, First Aid, ICT, Legislation, Powers, Policies, Procedures, and more.
  • After successful training completion, you\’ll work through a portfolio demonstrating your competency. Once approved, you\’ll be authorized to carry out your role safely and lawfully with a level of independence.
