Explore. Decide. Apply.

At Northumbria Police, we believe policing should be personal — shaped around your strengths, your ambitions, and your community. That’s why we invite you to first choose your career pathway, and then select the right training route based on your qualifications and experience. Regardless of the path you choose, you will still gain experience across a range of roles, but your chosen pathway will ultimately shape your training focus and future career. Please go through the steps below to help you determine which pathway and entry route to apply for.
