This is a fast-paced and enjoyable role where you'll plan and coordinate daily activities for the Evidential Property team, managing proactive demand and acting as the primary point of contact. Service delivery is key, so you'll need to keep stakeholders informed and provide exceptional customer service. What you'll do
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external partners, acting as the primary contact for Business Services. You will monitor and evaluate a demand led service, identifying risk or areas which may impact on service delivery.
- Customer Service: Develop and implement customer service solutions to drive efficiencies and improve service delivery.
- Service Delivery: Manage local projects to support force objectives, focusing on continuous improvement and risk management. This could include hazardous waste collections, drug disposals and conducting audits.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate cover for absences and resource allocation, ensuring all department functions are adequately resourced., Harnessing these differences creates a productive environment in which everyone feels valued, and their talents are fully utilised. Appointments are based on merit alone.

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a diverse range of stakeholders.
Due to the nature of the role the postholder will be required to travel extensively and independently across various force locations, often daily and at short notice, in response to operational needs. This is a varied role where you'll also provide support to staff across the force. You'll need be flexible with your approach and location. Whilst you will have an operational base, you will be expected to work at different sites as directed by your manager throughout the week to support both staff and operational requirements.
