Job Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 5 Staff Nurses to join our Radiology Nursing team at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital in a rotational role. The role will support both inpatient and outpatient care in our main Radiology department as well as in the new state of the art Community Diagnostic Centre which is due to open in Spring 2025. Successful candidates will support the care of patients having a variety of imaging procedures including within Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy and Plain Film x-ray. Radiology has recently expanded across all modalities, with new CT and MRI scanners being installed as part a large asset replacement program as well as the building of the new Community Diagnostic Centre. The role provides a variety of exciting opportunities to gain experience and competencies to work across a variety of imaging modalities, with the support of our Clinical Nurse Educator. You will be expected to work across a 7-day a week service, with shift times between the hours of 07:30-20:00.
