The Trust is seeking a highly organized and driven individual to lead the rollout of oncology medicines homecare services at Northumbria. The post holder will work across clinical and operational areas to oversee chemotherapy delivery to patients\’ homes.
This role requires a combination of clinical expertise in oncology and haematology, along with operational and technical skills to establish and lead a complex service. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to impact patient experience and outcomes positively, while also enhancing efficiency within the wider NHS.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up and leading all aspects of the oncology/haematology medicines homecare service.
- Supporting clinical and operational teams in managing medicines homecare.
