Are you passionate about transforming complex data into meaningful insights that shape strategic decisions? We are looking for a Data Analyst/BI Specialist to join our Finance Data Governance and Management Team - a pivotal role focused on enhancing data quality, integration, and informed decision-making across the organisation.
In this role, you will conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational data to identify trends, support performance monitoring, and drive improvement initiatives. You will work with tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure cloud services to build dashboards and reports, analyse data flows, and help diagnose and resolve data quality issues across interconnected systems.
You will also play a key role in ensuring data governance standards are met, collaborating with teams across Finance, IT, HR, and Digital to promote data integrity and seamless integration. - Support the Data Governance and Management Team by analysing financial and operational data to assist in performance monitoring, compliance, and informed decision-making.
- Contribute to maintaining data quality and integrity by identifying and helping to resolve data issues across systems and teams.
- Assist in the development and application of data governance frameworks to ensure adherence to organisational and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Digital, and IT teams, as well as external partners, to support seamless data integration and system interoperability.
- Produce and maintain clear, accurate reports, dashboards, and visualisations that meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive working environment by sharing knowledge and supporting team learning and continuous improvement.
