We are seeking an Associate Non-Executive Director with expertise in Digital Transformation to join our Board. The role involves monitoring strategy, performance, risk, and organizational effectiveness. There is potential for this position to evolve into a full Non-Executive Director role and Chair of the Information Management and Technology Committee from December 2025, subject to appraisal.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience at senior levels, a strong understanding of governance, strategic planning, risk management, and a genuine interest in healthcare. They should be approachable, inclusive, and capable of building effective relationships with stakeholders.
