General Assistant in our busy butchery, where we prepare quality meats for our
local pubs and valued customers. This is a seasonal role, ideal for someone
looking to gain hands-on experience over the summer period. No previous
experience is needed; we provide full training to help you get started and
succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Cut meat accurately and efficiently as needed.
  • Take personal responsibility for following all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic workspace.
  • Your uniform is provided to help you be prepared; wearing it ensures safety and professionalism.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized at all times.
  • Package and label cuts of meat carefully and correctly.
  • Cut, grind, and prepare meat products ready for delivery.
  • Clean and maintain tools and equipment to the highest standards.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to protect quality and safety.
