We are looking for a Support Worker required to assist a child in the Shiremoor area. This role involves supporting the boy in community activities, including outdoor activities, outings, swimming, and travelling on public transport. The child will require help with dressing and medication when overnight stays are necessary.

Workload: 4 hours per week term time and 5 hours per week during school holidays. Position starts ASAP but is subject to DBS and reference checks. Employer pays the checks.
