An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Family Placement Service for a Band 4 Admin Assistant, to work three days per week. This role is fixed term until 31 December 2026. The main aspect of the role is to calculate and process payments in relation to fostering, adoption and special guardianship orders, and to provide a wide range of clerical support.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and process payments relating to fostering, adoption and special guardianship orders.
- Provide clerical support, including data entry, ordering and processing invoices, handling petty cash and maintaining information systems.
- Follow instructions and procedures without constant supervision and work flexibly to meet the varying demands of the role.
Qualifications
- Team player with excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
