About the role

This senior digital learning specialist role involves translating organisational priorities into learning that supports how people work, creating engaging, practical learning experiences where colleagues can test knowledge, practise skills, and build confidence in a safe digital environment. You'll use the learning platform to ensure content is accessible, relevant and impactful, supporting everything from compliance through to transformation and helping our workforce deliver the best possible services to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop digital learning experiences that are engaging, accessible, and embedded in practice.
  • Manage and optimise the learning management system (LMS) platform and digital learning tools.
  • Collaborate with leaders and teams to diagnose organisational and behavioural challenges and shape practical, evidence‐led solutions that build capability and embed new ways of working.
  • Ensure learning translates into meaningful change in how people work by using organisational development approaches.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in digital learning design and learning systems.
  • Hands‐on knowledge of LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Ability to design learning that is accessible, engaging and embedded in practice.
  • OD generalist foundation – understanding of organisational development principles.
