We use a trauma-informed approach, recognising each young person’s individual needs, strengths and potential. Alongside creating a homely atmosphere, we support education, vocational training, life skills and social development to help young people build brighter futures.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Provide consistent, compassionate care in a secure environment
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of young people at all times
- Build positive, trusting relationships that promote growth and resilience
- Support young people with daily routines, learning and independent living skills
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, education staff, health teams and external professionals to support the creation of personalised care plans
- Maintain clear, accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards

Working Hours: Average 37 hours per week, following a designated shift pattern including early, late, sleep-in duties, alternate weekends and some bank holidays.
