We are looking for an experienced Corporate Support Administrator to join the Corporate Support Team supporting the Corporate Support Officer, who in turn supports the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Management Team. In this role, you will be integral in ensuring our council works effectively by providing high quality, flexible and proactive business support to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, plan and organise key meetings, including producing agendas and taking detailed, accurate notes.
  • Prepare accurate documents and paperwork.
  • Organise and manage information and documentation for the executive team.

Requirements

  • Good general education demonstrating numeracy and literacy.
  • Level 2 or equivalent in a business-related discipline.
  • Experience in a similar role covering a broad range of support tasks and procedures.
  • Experience using office applications on a personal computer.
