We require a Caretaker to join a busy facilities team, looking after County Hall and Morpeth Town Hall. This role is offered on a fixed term basis until 30/04/2026.

The job involves opening and closing the building, general cleaning tasks, statutory maintenance checks, basic DIY and furniture moves.

The hours of work are 20 hours on an alternative shift pattern, working 6am until 10am one week, then 4pm until 8pm the next week, although flexibility to work between 6am and 8pm, Monday to Friday would be preferred.

Previous caretaking experience is essential.

This is a part time, fixed term position.
