Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the delivery of Highways Maintenance works.

Qualifications

A knowledge and experience of civil groundworks is essential and should include working within a live Highway environment. Highways Operatives will work as part of a Team covering minor reactive repairs (potholes, lift and relay paving) and planned construction teams. It is desirable to have working knowledge of larger construction works including paving, kerbing, drainage, bricklaying and resurfacing. You should have a level 2 qualification or equivalent in Highways or working towards a trade qualification.
